• Minimum 40 hours/ 5 days per week.

• The shifts are from 8 AM to 5 PM, 5 days a week. (Candidates must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday if it is necessary)

• The salary is INR120,000.00 – INR150,000.00 per month (depending on experience and performance)

• Yearly Bonus

Responsibilities :

• Design and manage the entire digital marketing department. This role is inclusive of building a digital marketing team, display advertising, email marketing, managing the company website and marketing databases

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, affiliate marketing, and display advertising campaigns

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights

• Coordinate with advertising and media agencies to improve marketing results.

• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

• Develop and scrutinize all the campaign budgets

• Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI

• Recruitment, selection, and training of marketing operations employees in the digital marketing department

• Provide educational opportunities, relevant information, and growth opportunities for digital marketing staff

• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal.al and analytical skills. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to executionQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in executing successful social media campaigns

• Exhibit practical experience in keyword research, SEO management, email, and marketing database

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics

• User experience knowledge and optimization of customer experience funnels and landing pages

• Practical skills in multivariate experiments and A/B and email marketing

• Updated on new technologies and the latest trends in digital marketing

• Proven working experience in digital marketing

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
