Legistify Services Private Limited Hiring for Accounts Executive at Gurgaon Full Time

• We are looking for an Accountant who is proficient and has at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.. You will have end to end ownership of the services you develop, to ensure it is robust and easy to maintain. You will have to manage accounts . Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, and quality product is important.

• Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Experience in handling the finalization of the balance sheet.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Should be able to handle Tax, GST and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

• Assist with other accounting projects
