• Responsible for implementation and technical support of Cisco Unified Communications related technologies which include, but are not limited to: UCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Jabber, VCS / Expressway, UCCX, Emergency Responder, and Voice Gateways.
• 2nd and 3rd level support of existing systems.
• Support for Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC systems.
• Maintain systems and documentation as needed for audits and compliance
• Work alongside Collaboration services team members to help define the future direction of voice and collaboration systems.

Qualifications:

• CCNP Voice certified with 8-10 years relevant hands-on experience
• Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting Cisco UC 12.5 and above products
• Strong knowledge and extensive experience in dial plan designs and implementation
• Experience with voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H. 323, SCCP, digital PRI / T1, analog FXO / FXS on Cisco 2900/3900/4000, and legacy devices
• Some experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, including but not limited to UC Manager integration, basic scripting, and high availability clustering
• Extensive knowledge/experience of call center environments with Call Routing, Reporting, Call Recording, and management of call center applications
