Description and Requirements
The Lease Administration’s primary focus is to:
Support lease administration officers for the overall leasing sales process including document preparation, collation and processing into the Lease Management System.
Population of Customer lease agreement templates with information for submission to and execution by the customer
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of customer lease contracts
Reconciling and resolving differences in equipment on lease documentation Vs data sources from other internal and external systems.
Extracting information from the Lease Management system to support billing and accounting team
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data interfacing between systems
Work closely with customer fulfilment team on billing to generate monthly invoices to the customer manually
Resolution of billing issues both internal and with external LFS partners
Completing any other administrative duties required.
