Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Presales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and solutions teams to develop and execute presales strategies that align with clients’ needs and business objectives. Leverage your expertise in managed services to design solutions that address client pain points and highlight the benefits of our offerings.

• Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs analysis with potential clients to understand their challenges, objectives, and technical requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable strategies that demonstrate how our managed services can provide tailored solutions.

• Process Design: Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline the presales process by leveraging best practices, industry standards, and innovative techniques. Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and tools that contribute to more efficient and effective presales engagements. Work with stakeholders to develop fully documented business and service management processes aligned to ITIL best practice.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our managed services offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our services to potential clients.

• Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients during the presales process, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor. Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections by providing accurate and persuasive information.

• Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, solutions, delivery, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery. Provide input and feedback to continuously improve our offerings based on client feedback and market trends.

• Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to potential clients, showcasing how our managed services align with their business needs and drive value.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in presales, solution consulting, or process consulting in IT Services.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and proposals using various tools and platforms.

• Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Ability to set agendas and facilitate meetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisions.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.

• Ability to travel up to 30%.

• ITIL Foundations 4 Certification is required.

• Highly developed skills in using MS applications including:

• Project

• Visio

• Understand and Create Process Flows (Swim lanes, flowcharts)

• Understand and Create Technical Diagrams

• Excel/Sharepoint/Teams

• Import from different sources of data

• Data Analysis using charts, pivot tables, filters and rules
