We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy & motivated HR/Office Manager for our Digital Marketing Agency to manage office administration & recruitment.
Job Location: Chennai
Fulltime Position | No Freshers | No Freelancers

Requirements:
– 2 to 3 years of experience
– Basic knowledge of HR functions, HR best practices, regulatory changes, talent management. Labor Law and employment regulations will be an advantage.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Ability to work as a member of a team and to work independently.
– Ability to organize & prioritize work under pressure.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
– Ability to communicate and write professionally.
Duties:
– Lead in office administrative & organizational tasks.
– Manage staff recruitment & interview process.
– Manage the internship recruitment & staffing program.
– Performance reviews & appraisals.
– Engage talent in innovative ways.
– Conceptualize, organize & schedule company retreats and workshops.
– Plan and coordinate activities, including client conferences and events.
– Answer calls on the mainline in a professional & courteous manner.
– Coordinate office scheduling and appointments
– Greet all clients and visitors
– Manage client database & conduct client research.
– Supervise all outgoing and incoming packages
– Keep lobby & conference room areas neat and orderly as needed.
– Order office & kitchen supplies.
– Problem solver & critical thinker.
