Role- Customer Success Executive

He worked as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney and prior to that was an Investment Banker at Nomura (ex-Lehman Brothers).

Roles and responsibilities-

• You will be the part of the Customer Success team at LDU and will be responsible for end-to-end customer experience including:
• Managing issue resolution for the current clients across channels- emails, calls, social media, WhatsApp etc.
• Reaching out to pervious clients to understand what worked for them and what can be improved to make their experience better for the next time.
• Converting qualified leads into clients by addressing their issues.
• You will be the voice of the customers.
• You will act as a connecting link between customers and organization.
• You will handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.

Skill(s) required-

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Self-driven and proactive nature.
• Patient and active listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Compensation-

• The compensation for this role will be 25-35k

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
