Responsibilities – Respond to client inquiries via email in an efficient and effective manner Become a reliable point of contact for each client to help establish a strong business relationship. Interact with clients to understand deliverables and expectations Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients. Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including support, service, technology and manage resources, in order to ensure seamless functioning of the client accounts. Qualifications – Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Marketing/Content Agency experience (preferred) Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, a clear communicator, in person and in writing.
