The Role
We are looking for a Visual Communications Specialist/Analyst who will play a pivotal role in the execution of key communications initiatives for the Industrial Vacuum division. You will be based in Pune, India as part of the Industrial Vacuum divisional communications team. The communications team based in Cologne, Germany, and Pune, India plays a pivotal role in supporting communication initiatives for multiple brands of the division. This includes overall governance, planning, facilitation, and execution for varied communication and branding projects – either in-house or through our agency partners. In this role, you will work directly with the Vice President Communications Industrial Vacuum division and fellow communications team members. You will be a vital resource to multiple divisional stakeholders including marketing and product management in helping develop visual and marketing communication solutions and material.

What we expect of you?

• have experience of ideation, concept visualization, and visual storytelling
• can follow business, product, technology concepts and rough drafts and convert them to visually engaging experiences for our customers
• have experience in working with multiple-brands and can offer equal dignity and distinction to each brand as per prescribed guidelines
• can effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of internal stakeholders including divisional management, product managers and fellow team members
• are unafraid to ask why, what, how questions for any task
• are unafraid to push creative boundaries and offer out-of-the box solutions
• are proficient in multiple design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint)
• have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through
• can meet deadlines and can guide fellow project stakeholders to meet theirs
• have excellent time management skills and are able prioritize tasks within none to minimal supervision
• are a self-starter with an open-mind, friendly attitude and can work with people across cultures
