What Makes the Role Meaty?

• Curate the Perfect Lineup: Own and craft the ideal product mix for each micro-market—balancing variety, quality, and customer delight
• Champion Quality: Be the voice of the customer, ensuring every product meets Licious’ high standards of excellence
• Own the P&L: Take full responsibility for pricing, gross margins, and cost optimization to drive category profitability.
• Shape Customer Journeys: Leverage our “Meat Expert” positioning to guide and educate customers in their culinary choices.
• Lead Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate across sourcing, QA, NPD, packaging, marketing, and growth to achieve end-to-end category goals.
• Drive Multi-Channel Growth: While D2C is core, tap into alternate channels to scale reach and performance.
• Make Data Your Superpower: Use metrics, scorecards, and insights to steer business health and make bold, high-impact decisions.

We Hope That You Have…

• 2–3 years of solid experience in category management, with strong, hands-on ownership of P&L
• You’ll be a perfect fit if you come with experience in the Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce space A bonus edge if you’ve worked on the sell-side or helped launch new products—builders are always welcome!
• A genuine love for meat—if you know your cuts and care about quality, you’ll thrive here.
• A deep customer obsession, always looking to enhance the user experience
• A data-first mindset, using insights to solve tough problems and make impactful decisions
• The ability to collaborate across functions—from sourcing and QA to marketing and growth, you’re a team player who drives outcomes

• Prior experience in digital-first or retail businesses, with a sharp understanding of fast-moving environments
