About the Role : The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational activities across multiple locations within a designated region. This role focuses on process efficiency, team leadership, cost control, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive business performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy & Execution
• Oversee end-to-end operations for all locations in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Performance Management & Process Improvement
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence.
• Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Managers, Dispatch Supervisors, and Field Executives.
• Conduct performance reviews and training programs for operational staff.
• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries and inventory movement.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
• Ensure timely dispatch, fleet management, and last-mile delivery performance.
• Financial & Cost Control
• Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Optimize operational expenses without compromising service quality.
• Track financial performance and drive profitability within the region.
• Customer Experience & Service Quality
• Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
• Work closely with customer service teams to resolve escalations.
• Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met across all locations.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Implement security measures to prevent fraud and losses.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree , MBA or Postgraduate degree.

Required Skills:

📌 7+ years of experience in QSR, food service, or restaurant operations

📌 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-unit QSR operations

📌 Hands-on experience in restaurant management, supply chain, food safety, and compliance
