Job Location: Uttarkhand Rishikesh

Job Descrption:
Overseeing and Monitoring of daily warehouse & Logisitcs, inventory, Material receipt, verification, GRIN, and dispatch spare part to end customer, delivery time transport cost and efficiency.

Tackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise

Achieve warehouse & Logisitcs KPI Targets.

Keeping track of daily incoming and outbound shipments

Manage transportation from warehouse to customer and other warehouse location if need

Unloading and loading of vehicles

On time preparation of GRIN & picking packing activity and ensuring material shifting to right locations

Preparation of return delivery notes

Maintain record of daily transaction inbound & outbound, site return and rejection material

Coordination with Divisions, Finance and Mother warehouse

Monthly inventory cycle count and audits and continuously improve warehouse operation

Maintain 100% on Time GRIN & customer delivery and daily tracking reports

100% inventory accuracy & monthly inventory cycle

Ability to extend the work hours whenever required to meet customer commitment

Competencies

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Graduate

Experience :
Should have 5 to 6 years’ minimum experience in warehouse & Logisitcs functions with ERP system preferred,

Must be familiar with commercial terms and rules

Preferred Skills/Special Skills:
Import Export knowledge preferred,

Must be familiar with commercial terms and rules.
