Job Description

Import consignment checking, inward, GRN

Updating Spare part location in store racks.

Store related other issues like cleaning/ store equipment maintenance/any damage or repair co-ordinate with

internal team.

Perpetual Stock checking, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual stock checking

Outward consignment As per PL(Packing list ), DC Invoice etc. prepare consignments and prepare packing.

Quotation preparation in BAAN and share with customer.

Invoice Generation, Template creation for e-Invoice, Generation of e-way bills as per need.

Loading and unloading consignments.

Maintain Registers, documents, files for inward and outward, credit notes etc.

Arrange consignment dispatch pickup with transporter.

Updating Spare part location in store racks.

Store related other issues like cleaning/ store equipment maintenance/any damage or repair co-ordinate with

internal team.

Properly tag and store & Maintain records of warranty failed parts received from field.

Warehouse Maintenance – Maintenance, cleanliness, uniformity, proper placement of spares

Compliance responsibility – Coordinate with HO for ST, electricity, Monthly rent, shop & establishment act.

Any other store related activities which comes up from time to time

Competencies

Requirements:
Only Male Candidate Preferred

1) Education:
Diploma/Deg in Material /Logistics Management, BSc, BCom, Engineering graduate.

2) Experience:
Minimum 5 years in similar kind of job profile.

3) Special abilities, skills:
Knowledge about stores, logistics, spare parts related operations.

Strong time management and organizational skills

Good communication (Verbal as well as written) and interpersonal kills

Advanced PC skills, specifically in windows environment, including collecting and maintaining data in excelsheets and creating documents & correspondence in outlook, word.

Must have worked on some ERP package viz. BAAN, SAP etc.

The candidate also should possess excellent verbal as well as written communication and interpersonal skills.

Also should have good ability to communicate effectively with personnel at different organisation levels.

4) Foreign Languages:
English fluent in both spoken and written
