Job Description

Admission Counselor (Female) in a Leading Management Institute,Madurai

• Coordinate applicant approval process with various educational departments as needed
• follow-up with students to verify any application issues

• Reviews prospective students applications and directs them to the appropriate sources for guidance on courses of study, financial aid, scholarships, or other information
• Data Calling and Informing about Admission process to Applicants Handling Walk Ins and Direct inquiries-career and Admissions
• Counselling-handling queries of students and parents about UG/PG Courses.
• Follow ups and Issuing Receipts Institute Instructions to Students before and after Admissions (Admissions/On boarding related)Assisting Manager/Sr. Managers during Events/ Education Fairs etc.
• MIS and Excel sheets related to work .

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred, preferably from the university.
• One years of related work experience preferred(or)Freshers also applied. .

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
