Job brief
We are looking for a skilled Senior Account Executive at Life First Company at Goregaon to oversee all aspects of Accounts Department.
Responsibilities

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Generate Invoice for Sanitization bills & testing Bills & send to the respective clients on daily basis.
• Overseeing a team of account executives to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
• Maintain payment track and update to the management on daily basis
• Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation
• Payment Follow-up from existing client
• Transfer Payment to vendor, Staff salary, Bills etc.
• Responsible for Compliance payment (TDS, GST, PT, ESIC etc)
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Plan, assign and review staff’s work
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Requirement:

• Proven working experience as a Company Accounts
• Experience in handling ERP System, Zoho Books etc
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum Graduation is required from commerce field
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum Experience – 5 -6 Years of Relevant Experience
• Film Production knowledge will be added advantages
• Salary Range – Upto 35,000/- per month
• Age – between 30 years to 35 years
• Gender – Male / Females
• Immediate Joiners is required

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
