Preparing documentation for domestic and exports as per customer / regulatory / government requirements.

Preparing and submitting documentation for narcotic quota allocation, export permits, export compliances and quarterly submissions.

Documentation before outsourcing work is initiated

Actively follow up with agencies for registration activities in compliance with project timelines.

Recording registration and other related documentation for use of other concerned departments.

Coordinate with related departments to ensure readiness of samples, reagents and documentation for dispatch at the time of regulatory submission including ADC sheet, NOC and other documentation.

Reviewing artwork in line with regulatory, customer and internal brand guidelines and requirements

Reviewing and Raising request for Dossiers / Documentation as per regulatory plans for registrations and share dossiers / documentations with clients.

Creating work orders for sample and coordination with internal teams for dispatch as per regulatory targets assigned
