Role And Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of queries, including order status, available products, dispatch details, and payment details. You will handle customer inquiries through calls and emails, ensuring excellent verbal and written communication. Aiming for high customer satisfaction, you will resolve concerns and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in Customer Support Inbound & Email profile in the E-commerce industry. A graduate with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, is required. You should be customer-centric, with a strong dedication to providing excellent service. Basic knowledge of computers and prior experience in handling customers is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with willingness to go the extra mile is crucial. The working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, with a six-day working process.
