Job Description

This role will be based in Guragon or Bangalore.

What the job entails:  

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will prepare analysis and tools that drive decisions with executives and operate a B2B sales business efficiently and effectively. You will be part of our global sales and operations team, with a focus on the APAC market. In this role, you will gain professional experience that will help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.  

• Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a regional level
• Help to develop, implement and scale new tools and processes on topics including: sales incentive design, forecast modelling, territory optimization, and process improvement.
• Gain management confidence in work so that the insights you produce are utilized in executive and board-level presentations
• Daily collaboration with the APAC GTM Sales Strategy and Operations team based out of Singapore and / or Hong Kong to guide and lead workstreams
• Partner with sales executives on all operational and strategic requests. Work with cross functional teams to deliver the rhythm of business and strategic analysis
• Work cross-functionally to establish reporting standards
• Run daily/weekly audits to check the business rules are being followed and to identify any issues with our systems and/or processes
• Preparing documentation to implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams
• De-bug issues from a business perspective – “forensics” work – based on the audits/reports outputs

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  

• Fluency in English including good business communication
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce / Dynamics, SQL/relational databases, and reporting tools)
• Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience in leveraging numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision-making
• Attention to detail and highly organized, able to work in a remote team with confidence
• SQL experience and translating data into usable data visualization (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Growth mindset, interest in training and personal development  
• A team player who can work independently (self-starter), is willing to lean in where needed, and is adaptable to change  
• Experience with PowerPoint
• Setting up repeatable processes / process automation 
• Soft skills – Problem-solving, Managing Complexity, Communicating complex concepts simply
• Project Management Experience
