LinkedIn’s Ops Intel team is hiring a Manager, Automation for Bengaluru Location. This position reports to Senior Manager, Automation based in Bengaluru. The objective of LinkedIn’s Ops Intel team is to automate processes within GTM Ops and wider Global Business Org to improve process efficiency and help them achieve the required scale. Ops Intel team is part of Central Operations within the Global Business Org.
In this role, you will manage a high-performing team with a strong technical profile. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across all geographies to understand business needs and find opportunities to Automate at scale.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and executing RPA/ Automation and Chatbot programs to deliver significant and measurable impact in improving process workflow, overall process efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Manage a team of Automation engineers to implement Intelligent automation for various Business functions within GTM Operations.
Engage with various senior stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities through automation and liaise with other technical teams to build scalable solutions combining of multiple technologies.
Manage automation pipeline and continue to look for opportunities that align with objectives.
Work closely with the team in designing Bot architecture and Infrastructure for scaling automation footprint by 10X.
Project management responsibilities, including stakeholder communication, team management, execution of projects, prioritization, scheduling and measuring the Business Impact.
Produce creative technical solutions including multi-technology integrations while implementing Intelligent Automation.
Measure Business Impact of Automation and pre and post deployment for adherence.
Build relationships with global stakeholders and influence automation adoption through collaboration.
Demonstrate in-depth experience in Bot development, deployment, migration and platform administration, automation standards and best practices.
Track and improve Bot velocity and reduce maintenance efforts.
Track Bot and process related KPIs and report the Business Impact.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working with Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power apps and other Automation tools and leading and managing a team towards driving Automation for scale.
Hands on experience of 4+ years in Automation anywhere platform (both version 11 and A360) and Microsoft Power Apps platform in designing, building, and maintaining bots along with Infrastructure design and maintenance.
Must have knowledge and hands on experience of programming languages (Java, Python or .net) and SQL and VB scripts.
Must have built bots for a minimum of 8 to 10 complex processes and managed end to end lifecycle.
Must have 3+ years of Program management, Stakeholder management and People management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Infosec and regulatory compliance is an added advantage.
Able to create solution designing documents based on process definition document or process recordings.
Development – Develop and review artifacts (Code, Documentation, User Acceptance test scripts) conduct reviews for self and peers.
Ability to implement Intelligent Automation using one or multiple tools/ technologies.
Ability to conduct Process Discovery workshops with Business stakeholders and Knowledge sharing sessions with the team.
Experience on Intelligent automation tools like IQBOT, OCR etc. is a plus.
Good to have exposure on other Automation platforms such as UiPath or Blueprism.
Good to have working experience of CRMs and Microsoft tools.
