Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Senior Associate of Strategic Finance, Marketplace Performance for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS). This person will partner closely with senior R&D leaders to craft our long-term term strategy, drive focus efforts on top priorities and shape the future growth of LSS. A strong candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and synthesized communication.
The role is highly cross-functional, blending strategy & execution, creating clarity and speed to execution of needle-moving corporate priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving highly complex ambiguous operational and strategic questions within LinkedIn’s R&D team and has exceptional business acumen and the skills to operate autonomously to identify, prioritize, partner, influence and implement high-impact change.
