Job Description

Senior Business Analyst

This role will be based in Bangalore, India. 

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. 

Qualifications

Roles and responsibilities –

• Own and manage program and portfolio for Automation and AI programs, execution of roadmap, and reporting.
• Support multiple programs to deliver their objectives in fast-paced environment.
• Develop strong partnerships with Business leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.
• Drive alignments and prioritization across all initiatives, manage roadmap for a single consistent view and lead communications.
• Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
• Proactively identify opportunities for and implement process improvements with an operational excellence mindset.

Additional Information

Basic Qualifications –

• B.E./B.Tech. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years professional experience in a technical team, managing programs/projects

Preferred Qualifications 

• Exposure to Automation and AI projects
• Proven track record of leading strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth, performance-focused environment
• Highly collaborative working style with strong influence skills    
• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience
