Requirements:1-4 years of experience working in IT Support (Helpdesk, Servicedesk)English proficiency (particularly in writing), Business English certificate would be a plusSuperb English and communication and team working capabilitiesUniversity degree preferably in IT or electronicsStrong IT awareness and technical acumen. SQL knowledge would be a big plusExperience in troubleshooting PC and Windows related incidents, problem solving and administrationGood knowledge of internet networks, VM & Cloud solutions O365, AD. Microsoft certificates would be a plusHigh level of honesty and integrityGood analytical and interpersonal skillsThey should have ability to work in various shifts in 24/7 support modelScope of responsibilities:
