We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Non-Voice Business Executives to join our amazing team! You will be responsible for helping US / Canadian customers by providing assistance. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Training will be provided.

The interview will be taken by a Canadian client, will you be able to pass his English valuation (Writing and speaking) – Do not waste your time and ours if you are not fluent in English.

Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer support and inquiries. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Provide accurate information to customers. Update documents and records based on customer interactions. Build a rapport with customers. Must follow the rules and regulations of the company policies.

Qualifications: Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in the ENGLISH language. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively Interested candidates with Graduation (Preferred) can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Junior: 0-1 years, senior: 1-3 years of experience in Voice or Non-Voice customer support, Fresher can also apply.

Schedule: 8-hour shift excluding break time. Weekly 5 working days. Rotational Shift Ability to reliably commute or willing to relocate before the work start date.
