Are you our new learning designer?
This is an exciting time to be joining Lloyd’s Register. We’re a global team of experts working together for a safer, sustainable, thriving ocean economy on a journey of decarbonisation and digitalisation.
As learning designer, you will play a key part on this journey by designing, developing, implementing and innovating learning interventions that help equip our global team with the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need in a rapidly changing Maritime world. You’ll apply proven learning theory to use e-Learning modules, videos, infographics, virtual classrooms, workshops, e-Books and more to create great experiences that keep colleagues engaged and support their development to help LR achieve its ambitious growth plans.

You’ll be supported by the LR Academy team at every turn – a team of learning and development specialists with a continuous improvement mindset always looking for the next opportunity to support our colleagues.
