Job Description
-Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of Lohalive in the minds of new prospective clients
-Candidate has to Contact Clients and educate them how Lohalive is beneficial for them.
-Explains advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customer’s interest.
-Candidate will be given a particular area/territory for working- wherein he will have to
pitch about signing up with Lohalive Junction and thus convert those prospects to customers
-Answer customer’s questions pertaining to service being offered.
Desired Competencies
Knowledge-
Basic knowledge of methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
English and Regional Language.
Skills-
Talking to customers to effectively convey information.
Judging Customer Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch
Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of customer.
Listening to what Customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate
The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer.
Attitude-
Sales strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques
The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Experience-
Front Line Sales or Cold Calling sales experience would be an added advantage.
Education-
Any Graduate
