Candidates should have good negotiation skills and should be passionate about sales/marketing and should be updated on the latest technology in the market. profession with some flair in marketing technology products and should have good experience in dealing with High Net Worth Income class of customers and sales enablers like Architects/Interior designers. candidates should be self-driven and with excellent communication / interpersonal skills and convincing capabilities and should be able to create and close the leads and meet the target deadlines. Day in day out the job required good cold calling / tell marketing skills and good after-sales experience in customer handling and escalation handling. Should have good flair to meet people in person to create an impression and create new leads / close the deals.We operate throughout Kerala and predominantly locations Cochin, Calicut, Malappuram, Kasargod, Kottayam, Kothamangalam, Thiruvalla, Trivandrum. This Job needs travel. The person should also have good team handling experience and will be responsible to build a dynamic and focussed sales/marketing team. Experience around the sales of Home Automation products is desired.
The selected person will have to pick up the product range knowledge and its complexities along with the competitor’s market and their products. Candidates should be ready to travel, meet customers, and generate business as per the set targets through various sales channels. • Survey the market and generate leads through telephonic, online, and face-to-face channels.

Build business by identifying & maintaining good rapport with clients

• Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasing manners.

• Maintain good business relationships with clients

• Marketing and Sales experience & computer proficiency

• Fast and determined to uncover new business opportunities

• Improving the Visibility of the company through Social media channels

• Client follow-ups and lead generations through internet research and cold emails and calls, Identifying, qualifying, and new securing business opportunities

• coordinating business generation activities & experience in running sales campaigns

• developing customized & market-oriented / targeted sales strategies and building business relationships with current and new potential clients and hence adding new happy clients to the company portfolio.

• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.

• answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

• responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)

• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

• Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences

• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales, and working with the client through the closing process

• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting and having good experience in working under pressure.

• Build, maintain and execute short- and long-term business development plans for the company.

• Excellent Time Management and promptness to close on task closure without leadership follow-up is a must

• Candidates should follow a formal and professional dress code and proper attire for work and client meetings as we are dealing with a highly qualified customer base.

• 6 days a workweek

• Daily and weekly reporting of the tasks and progress against the plan.

Requirements and Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of proven track record in sales and Marketing area. People with experience in dealing with technology products are preferred. Graduates/Post Graduates with marketing specialization preferred. Fluent spoken English and Proficiency in Written is a must. Candidates with proven experience in the marketing and sales area ONLY need not apply. This is a performance-oriented role and selected candidates will be evaluated thoroughly on their performance. Good Performing Candidates will be absorbed post probation period.
