We’re hiring a customer service executive who will help our clients and patients receive the best possible experience in regards to their queries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support any inbound technical and account queries that arise using the Freshdesk Ticketing System
• Conduct pre-appt calls with patients to inform them of upcoming appointments and address their queries
• Conduct feedback calls with patients for MA chats, doctor consultations, lab tests, and claims
• Participate in Operations and Product team to share the voice of the customer and suggest features for new product development

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience with customer support in healthcare, insurance, or hospitality settings
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficiency with Excel and modern office software tools
