Job Description:

We are seeking a junior graphic designer to join our team of website designers and marketing experts. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that meet our client’s needs while adhering to US design standards and guidelines. The junior graphic designer will work closely with the design team to create high-quality designs that will be used across various platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing designs for websites and marketing materials.
• Adhere to US design standards and guidelines, including typographic and layout standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design requirements.
• Create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, taking into account user experience and accessibility.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a thorough understanding of US design standards and guidelines, as well as excellent typographic and layout skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Employment Mode: Work From Home

Shift Model: Candidates should be available for the scheduled shift in IST & PST timings (Open for Night Shifts)

Work Environment Needs: A proper and quiet workplace with all necessary infrastructure is mandatory (Laptop, Headset, Desk, Chair & Power Back up)

Bandwidth Needs: Candidates should have a primary broadband connection with a minimum of 30Mbps and a secondary connection that will serve as a backup, the company will reimburse the amount incurred towards the broadband installation & monthly data charges borne by the employees, based on the submission of Invoice/receipt to accounts department for both primary & secondary connection
