Job Title: Small Business Marketing Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and resourceful Small Business Marketing Consultant to help small businesses in various industries with their marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that small businesses face and will be able to provide strategic advice and support to help them achieve their marketing objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, both online and offline, to help them grow their businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of the client’s businesses, including their target audience, competition, and current marketing efforts.
• Develop and implement effective online and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and sales, and achieve business objectives.
• Provide clients with advice and guidance on various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to help clients improve their marketing skills and enhance their understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with the most effective advice and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on small businesses.
• Deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by small businesses in various industries.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for small businesses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Employment Mode: Work From Home

Shift Model: Candidates should be available for the scheduled shift in IST & PST timings (Open for Night Shifts)

Work Environment Needs: A proper and quiet workplace with all necessary infrastructure is mandatory (Laptop, Headset, Desk, Chair & Power Back up)

Bandwidth Needs: Candidates should have a primary broadband connection with a minimum of 30Mbps and a secondary connection that will serve as a backup, the company will reimburse the amount incurred towards the broadband installation & monthly data charges borne by the employees, based on the submission of Invoice/receipt to accounts department for both primary & secondary connection
