Responsibilities :- Design social media creatives & GIFs, infographics, branding & print collaterals, Web & App banners, Digitals Ads.- Provide insights and creative ideas to solve problems.- Ability to manage and prioritize projects effectively and to meet deadlines.- Enthusiasm to acquire new skills and work in a rapidly changing environment.- Able to work productively with minimum supervision & take ownership of the projects.- Researching and analyzing best design techniques and solutions to create best visually stunning graphics, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies.- Bring new ideas & concepts to the tables for social media and other brand communications.- Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.Requirements and Skills :- Preference to the candidate with fine arts/design studies background- Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic designing- Strong visualization skills with swift execution of the same- Strong aesthetic, art & creative sense- Good with illustrations and print jobs- Strong software skills and a thorough understanding of Adobe creative suite especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere & After Effects.- Professional attitude and punctuality in meeting timelines- Impeccable attention to detail- Curiosity to learn & explore things outside your domain of expertise- Keen to experiment with AI design and content tools- Follows social media trends & studies various brands in terms of the design, content, communication & concept.Added Advantage :First preference will be given to the candidates who can :- Who can do motion graphics, animation & video production & editing (like making reels, etc.)- Create video deliverables like brand videos, performance videos, marketing demos for various media including web, mobile, social media etc.- Create visually stunning video assets and content.
