Job Description
- Manage quality functions through subordinates. Assure quality sampling and measurements are maintained and improved. Monitor the final product to ensure that it meets the customer specifications
-Ensure inspection of in-coming, in- process and finished goods to ensure quality of parts supplied to customers
- Responsible for the disposition of non-conforming product, including deviation inspection, to ensure customer satisfaction, while maximizing yield. Lead the handling of customer complaints
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in order to better understand and communicate customer requirements
- Implement quality systems such as IATF 16949, TQM, TPM, Six Sigma and any other customer specific standards in the plant
