Job Title: Junior Accountant cum Admin

Job Focus: Managerial Accounting with a focus on company certifications and knowledge of the latest AI tools (such as ChatGPT), Excel, Word, and documentation.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Managerial Accounting: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.

Company Certifications: Manage and oversee the certification processes for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements.

AI Tools: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity, streamline tasks, and provide innovative solutions for financial and administrative tasks.

Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and present findings to support decision-making processes.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support, including but not limited to managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Finance is preferred. Consideration will also be given to fresh graduates, and a preference for those with an MBA in Finance.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to one year of relevant experience will be considered favorably.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of AI tools, particularly in the context of enhancing financial and administrative processes (e.g., ChatGPT).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
