Job Description

Responsibilities:
Timely receipt of incoming materials and physical verification.
Timely issue of materials to Shop-floor and in ERP .
Timely packing and dispatch of Spare parts and record keeping.
Preparation of Warehousing related M.I.S.
Ensure smooth entries in ERP Warehousing module.
To ensure maintenance of ISO records .
To implement and maintain the Lean in Warehouse.
To lead drive on cost saving in Warehousing processes.
To ensure safety of materials in the store and its storage.
To ensure to maintain FIFO in Warehouse.
To ensure to maintain 5’S in warehouse
Ensure Physical inventory and analysis to be matched with ERP inventory.
Ensure preservation, handling, identification and traceability of all store items.
Disposal of non-moving and Rejected items for warehouse.
Should have knowledge of taxation/GST, as applicable .Expectations: Should have good exposure of Manufacturing Warehouse functions.
Should have knowledge of inventory management including inventory rotation.
Should have working knowledge of ERP (BAAN, SAP, Oracle).
Awareness of ISO-9000-2015 and ISO-14000-2015.
Should have good knowledge of identification, Analysis and storage methods.
Should have knowledge of latest Warehousing practices.
Focus on up-gradation of Warehousing process improvement .
Should have experience in material receipt and issuance.Should have experience in spare packing and dispatch.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
