Role Summary:
This role of Delivery Manager is within the Customer & 3rd Party Risk Product Solutions, D&A Technology Group. The group is responsible for the development of the technology platforms supporting key products including Connected Risk, World Check, and products in the Risk Managed Services space.
Specific Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Scope – Ensuring that the scope of each project/program is clearly understood by all involved parties, leveraging accurate governance forums to ensure baselining and change control
Planning – Planning the activities required to deliver the workstream scope and ensuring that the workstream plan aligns with other workstreams, identifying and organizing the resources required for delivery
Technical delivery – Leading the work to deliver the scope on time and on budget. This includes understanding technical interdependencies and working with tools such as JIRA RAIDs – Proactively identifying Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Assumptions, detailing them and proactively resolving or mitigating them
Dependency management – Lead analysis and ensures all impacts of dependencies are addressed in the overall project plan. Effectively work across the organization to ensure all dependent teams are aligned with the project plans and schedules
Problem solving and decision making – sound judgment at a senior management level using assertiveness and influencing skills to demonstrate business benefits and to ensure the decision is fully understood and accepted
Reporting status weekly (or more frequently as required) with high quality well written updates
Financial Management and Project Accounting – Providing the critical data required for the project management function to supervise and track financial health, analyzing resource requirements across multiple projects or across programs to meet strategic goals
Improving delivery performance – proactive engagement in the adoption of REM, the Refinitiv Engineering Methodology
Stakeholder Engagement – effective engagement with partners across the organization and vertically within Technology to ensure consistent communication
