Prepares and documents requirements and detailed functional specifications for content initiatives. Ensures timely and successful implementation of content enhancements. Assesses scope of content initiatives to determine if adequate resources are available or if funding is required. Responds to helpdesk queries as 4th level support. Clarifies content policy issues and collection methodologies in collaboration with data operations. Provides training to the data operations training group for content enhancements, collection tool modifications, and policy changes. Monitors market and regulatory changes to determine potential impact on the content. Identifies potential data collection process improvements and consult with data operations for possible implementation. Ensure that content meets or exceeds quality metrics as defined by the content Quality Assurance team.
