1. 7-10 years experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Functional Analysis and Estimation.
2. Sound knowledge of concepts of Investment Banking and Capital Markets is mandatory.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Experience in working on large-scale projects involving Development, the Quality Assurance and Product teams is preferable.
5. Experience in working with the Product Management and Global teams to breakdown the functional requirements into detailed documents. Should also be able to transliterate these into scope documents and test them to provide a sign-off for implementation.
6. The role also involves production validation. The resource should able to grasp the requirements with minimum guidance from the product management and provide guidance to both the development and the QA teams.
7. The role also involves functional testing from a business stand-point and also coordinates with the QA team to review the test scripts to provide adequate coverage to the changes being implemented.
8. Flexibility to work from noon to late evening hours to allow for overlapping working hours with the global team would be desired (not a must-have).
