Data and Analytics Learning & Development is one of the teams within Process Excellence. Our role is to partner with Data & Analytics Operations Leadership to drive strategic business goals. We do this by focusing on helping teams & individuals become bold, focused and open learners. We constantly engage with stakeholders to understand their learning needs, create and deliver a variety of custom learning solutions – using latest trends and learning technologies that are engaging, timely & cost effective. As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for working with Data and Analytics managers to define and outline their specialized and advanced learning requirements for their teams. You will be responsible for training coordination, leading and executing learning global projects, sourcing and liaising with appropriate vendors, reports generation and analysis, measuring training effectiveness and coaching. In this role you will help oversee the execution and implementation of the learning initiatives as well as support the learning function from an administration, reporting, process, operational and logistical perspective.
