ROLE SUMMARY:
- Operational Analytics delivers in an Agile (Scrum) model to deliver value at pace in a complex, fast moving environment
- The team takes ownership of building and maintaining a suite of analytical products that support global and divisional strategic objectives by building strong stakeholder relationships and utilization of product analytics
- The successful applicant will be able to apply their passion for and knowledge of machine learning to deliver iterative, incremental value within the constraints of a large complex organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Developing and implementing machine learning models and advanced analytics to support Market Operations strategic objectives
- Build dashboards in Amazon Quicksight, Power BI and other similar tools
- Proactively seek out new demand and opportunities to delight and surprise customers with new analytical approaches and techniques
- Work rapidly and produce results and ask questions proactively
- Display a keen interest in understanding the business problem and the value proposition of our analytical product suite
YOU’LL BRING:
Desirable
- Exposure to Machine Learning methods and technologies
- Aptitude for learning new methods and tools at pace
- Exposure to / interest in Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies
- An interest in trading and operational systems
- Exposure to MLOPs is a plus
- Strong communication / relationship building skills

- Ability to work with ambiguity and rapidly evolving objectives
- A team player who thrives on collaboration, yet able to work individually on projects as required
- Experience working with teams based in multiple locations and time zones
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
