WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Developing and implementing machine learning models and advanced analytics to support Market Operations strategic objectives

Build dashboards in Amazon Quicksight, Power BI and other similar tools

Proactively seek out new demand and opportunities to delight and surprise customers with new analytical approaches and techniques

Work rapidly and produce results and ask questions proactively

Display a keen interest in understanding the business problem and the value proposition of our analytical product suite

YOU’LL BRING:
Desirable

Exposure to Machine Learning methods and technologies

Aptitude for learning new methods and tools at pace

Exposure to / interest in Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies

An interest in trading and operational systems

Exposure to MLOPs is a plus

Strong communication / relationship building skills

Behaviours

Ability to work with ambiguity and rapidly evolving objectives

A team player who thrives on collaboration, yet able to work individually on projects as required

Experience working with teams based in multiple locations and time zones
