LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) Hiring for Regional Manager – Customer Service at Mumbai Full Time

As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for fostering intimate relationships and being a trusted partner to our Customers and internal account managers who utilize our products and services in the FX space through the customer experience journey. You will be leading a team of around 5 members and will be responsible for managing one of the key regions globally.
This role focuses primarily on driving the value creation and execution of the sales transformation strategy and ensure the right support is given to our Clients, sales and Account Management team across Asia, EMEA and the Americas. You will work mainly with the internal sales and account management groups and will act as a enabler between our clients and sales teams.You will own the Customer service plans and the delivery of all agreed upon milestones. You will build relationships with key stakeholders and user community to ensure we are delivering the ultimate customer experience. you will work with other sales leaders and horizontal teams to achieve success for our customers
A quota carrying role focused on customer relationships with named accounts. Orchestrates sales and may include renewals. Ensures customer satisfaction.

Develops and maintains client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth. • Develops and executes account strategy collaborating with account team and/or other business units to deliver a comprehensive product offering to meet overall customer needs.
