L&T incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) – L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited (“The Company”) to implement the Project on Design, Built, Finance Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis. The Hyderabad Metro Rail is the world’s largest metro project in public-private partnership mode. It covers 69.2 km across three corridors, transforming Hyderabad, triggering robust economic activity around the city.

Purpose of the Role:

The role of HR Business Partner will be that of a strategic and consultative role, acting as a bridge between HR and business functions to deliver high-impact People initiatives for business success.

As a part of COE, to drive Change management projects aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner closely with CXOs & people to understand priorities, workforce challenges, and talent needs
• Provide insights and data-backed recommendations for workforce planning & management

2. Employee Engagement

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive, connected, and vibrant workplace culture.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams through leadership connects, cultural events, and on-ground interactions.

3. New HR Initiatives & Projects

• Drive and support new HR initiatives that promote continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of employee-centric frameworks, policies, and digital transformation projects.

4. HR Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure organizational level adherence to HR policies, Code of conduct, and statutory norms
• Facilitate timely documentation and resolution of ER/IR issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and reports for business review and corporate reporting
• Any other activities which are to be added from time to time, based on business / Organizational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Full Time MBA – HR from Premier B – School / recognized University
• 8 – 12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to business partnering in Indian or multinational setups
