Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Location-Bangalore/Pune
Accounts Payable :
- Review of vendor invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy for accounting including country specific regulatory requirements
- Coordination with initiating departments for vendor / payments related queries
- Accounting of cost in SAP and treatment of applicable taxes
- Setup and processing of payments to vendors as per timelines
- Accounting of appropriate cost provisions
- Reconciling data as per the systems, banks and vendor records
- Assist in analysis and variance reporting. Identifying key reasons for deviations.
- Maintaining and archiving document records
- Coordinating with stakeholders like auditors, other finance teams for data requirements
- Participating in change initiatives including automations through user testing, providing inputs to improve the controls and efficiency in the process
- Preparation and support in MIS reporting
