Experience : 2-5years

Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Location-Bangalore/Pune

Accounts Payable :

• Review of vendor invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy for accounting including country specific regulatory requirements
• Coordination with initiating departments for vendor / payments related queries
• Accounting of cost in SAP and treatment of applicable taxes
• Setup and processing of payments to vendors as per timelines
• Accounting of appropriate cost provisions
• Reconciling data as per the systems, banks and vendor records
• Assist in analysis and variance reporting. Identifying key reasons for deviations.
• Maintaining and archiving document records
• Coordinating with stakeholders like auditors, other finance teams for data requirements
• Participating in change initiatives including automations through user testing, providing inputs to improve the controls and efficiency in the process
• Preparation and support in MIS reporting
