Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintenance of existing management information systems.
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
• Creating and maintenance of attendance across the project operations and management team.
• Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline business processes.
• Use of Visual Basic in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint (Able to debug/code difficult functions/macros using VBA).
• Ability to programmatically manipulate worksheet and cell properties using VBA.
• Extracting the data from designated portal and update it.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support and assistance to management in issue troubleshooting and resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹252,797.27 – ₹458,566.89 per year
