(This advert is for Ballistics Twilight Shift ONLY – Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to apply for this shift pattern – Interviews will start week commencing 23rd May with a view to start in June) Due to the training plan we are looking for candidates that can commit up until December. This is bath art! Their creation can be complex, detailed and intricate, continuing the processes through learning and training will ensure the ongoing success of the bath bomb, an idea created by Mo Constantine, FIZZically bounced into the 20th century taking Lush and the world by storm, Intergalactic even! Ballistics is at the heart of Lush, a continuously evolving department which boasts 27% of our overall sales. Being at the core, they alone were responsible for producing 14 million bath bombs in 2021, which were sold in our bespoke Gifts and UK shops, not to mention the products exported to fifteen countries worldwide. With all new starters and seasonal returners, accomplishing levels and achieving individual success in the department is our priority. Shifts : Monday – Friday: 2.30pm – 10.30pm Monday – Friday: 3.30pm – 11.30pm
The Job Role: As a presser you will be responsible for:

• Weighing the right amount of powders you require throughout the day.
• Ensure each product is of a high quality ready to be packed and distributed to our worldwide shops.
• Being able to understand clear instruction given by a Team leader or Trainer.
• Be able to work individually once fully trained.
• Always maintain a high level of cleanliness around your work area.

With the above role, it is crucial to maintain speed and quality, working individually you can achieve bonuses daily. Our hourly rate of pay applies to everyone.
Your hourly rate would be £10.90 per hour, £381.50 per week, on average £1650 per month (Before Tax & NI)
Potential Bonuses in addition to your hourly rate £14 a day equates to £70 per week on average £300 per month (Before Tax & NI)
