1. Plan and Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise waysto streamline Administration, Security, Housekeeping, Facility Management2. Procurement and Maintenance of office Equipment/ Furniture/ Fixtures, toensure their serviceability and AMC.3. Ensure general office maintenance like, Housekeeping, Pest control, Hygiene,Electrical and Mechanical, Sanitary and Plumbing, Space management, Minorrepairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.)4. Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistanceduring events.6. Maintain and Safeguard agency/ vendor records..8. To check and maintain DG running Operation & Daily log book.9.
