JOB ROLE
- Customer service associate- Handling inbound calls for the various process.
- Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.
- Service support.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
- Have excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Should be able to speak and write English fluently (no grammatical errors)
- Reside in Hyderabad
- Work from office only
- Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts
- Willing to work night shift)
- Should hold all relevant documents.
- Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)
- Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
- Both doses vaccinated with certificate
