JOB ROLE

• Customer service associate- Handling inbound calls for the various process.
• Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.
• Service support.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

• Have excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Should be able to speak and write English fluently (no grammatical errors)
• Reside in Hyderabad
• Work from office only
• Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts
• Willing to work night shift)
• Should hold all relevant documents.
• Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)
• Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
• Both doses vaccinated with certificate
