Should have experience in LRF and EAF.

Job Responsibility:

• Safe working culture across the plant
• Co-ordination with top management for optimization of productivity
• To reduce specific energy consumption of per ton of steel
• Electric arc furnace (EAF) and Ladle Refining furnace (LRF) experience is mandatory
• To Facilitate in Modification of equipments and processes
• Facilitate New Product development
• Facilitate Training of employees
• Monitoring of delays and CAPA implementation
• Development of sub ordinates by training to take higher responsibilities to achieve organization goal.
• Proper co ordination with quality to restrict rejection and customer’s satisfaction
• Ensure SOP availability for all processes & compliance as per SOP

Requirements:

• Location- Gamharia, Jharkhand
• Qualification – B.Tech/M.Tech
• 7 year experience into same role
• experience in LRF and EAF
• Experience in operations in Steel Melting shop will be prefred
