Join the team as a Test Analyst in Projects and Change. With a passion for delivering mid to large scale finance change projects, you will have the opportunity to work with a high performing projects team to deliver initiatives based on regulatory changes and requirements.
You’ll be responsible for the execution of test cases from the project test strategy including regression, integration, platform and performance testing to confirm the stability of the built solution. You’ll work closely with the project manager or the testing lead in managing the testing schedule, critical items and interdependencies. You will be communicating with finance functions regularly to present demos, and answer questions at the end of each sprint. You’ll report and solve bugs in the solution and work with the technology team for appropriate resolutions.
To be successful in this role software related training or certification will be considered favourably, as well as 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in financial services industry with testing background is required.
You’ll also demonstrate a good understanding of the software testing life cycle test case planning and preparation along with knowledge of the defect life cycle and regression testing. Previous exposure to software including JIRA, Axiom, SQL and pivots will be desirable. As would previous experience working in financial processes, systems and data, exposure to SDLC and STLC is advantageous.
